Rev. Dr. Godwin Tito Agyei, the Assistant General Superintendent emphasised that the message of the Samaritan woman in John chapter four outlines the fact that, the gospel crosses boundaries, cultures, ethnicities and personal sentiments. “Jesus asked the woman for water but she did not give him the water directly as requested but instead questioned Jesus about the sour relationship between Jews and the Samaritans. After the encounter with Jesus, she hurriedly went into the city to spread the Good news” he stressed. This means “We must send the light to all people”.
