

The National Executive of the Ministers Wives Association of Assemblies of God, Ghana, led by the National President, Lady Mrs. Monica Wengam (wife of the General Superintendent), has paid a courtesy and Christmas visit to Mrs. Karen Namyela Panka, widow of the first Indigenous General Superintendent, at her residence in Accra.
She was accompanied by the National Vice President, Rev. Mrs. Gladys Tito Agyei; the National Secretary, Mrs. Hannah Birikorang; and the Regional President of Accra West, Rev. Mrs. Barbara Ayesu.
The delegation briefed Mrs. Panka on recent developments within the association and shared future plans. Mrs. Panka encouraged pastors’ wives to remain diligent, humble, and supportive of their husbands’ calling. She also prayed for the leadership of the association.
Lady Mrs. Monica Wengam presented a Christmas hamper and an undisclosed cash gift to Mrs. Panka on behalf of the association.
The team also paid a similar visit to Mrs. Esther Asore, widow of the second Indigenous General Superintendent.
