The General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Stephen Wengam, and his wife, Lady Mrs. Monica Wengam, have concluded the 2025 Apostolic Visits with a final visit to the Upper West Region, the 24th administrative region of the church.

The event took place at Revival Assembly of God, Wa, on Monday, 15th December 2025. It featured a powerful three-hour non-stop prayer session led by Rev. Wengam, alongside preaching, renewal of marriage vows, and presentations to retired ministers and their spouses, widows of deceased pastors, and pastors’ wives.

Rev. Wengam ministered on the theme, “How to Transform Your Church into a House of Prayer,” emphasizing that the church is a place of communion between God and His people. He challenged pastors to intentionally equip their congregations to become intercessors and prayer warriors.

Lady Mrs. Monica Wengam, National President of the Ministers Wives Association, commended pastors and their spouses for their diligence and faithful service. She presented fabrics to all pastors’ wives and offered an undisclosed cash gift alongside fabrics to retired ministers, their spouses, and widows. This initiative forms part of a personal welfare support project by the General Superintendent and his wife, aimed at uplifting pastors and their families.
